Securityplus FCU's ResponseLine(sm) Audio
Response Service features"Max", our interactive voice response (IVR) system.
This IVR employs both Voice Guided and Natural Language Speech technology
that allows the user to communicate by "speaking" to the system, as if
speaking to a live person and will still support touch-tone. Members can
easily transition between speech and touch tone, such as when entering
account numbers, Personal Security Code and monetary amounts.
With ResponseLine service, you have voice recognition capabilities and
there is no need to remember all those transaction codes. Nor do you have
to press the # sign after every transaction.
The menus are tailored specifically to the accounts that you hold with
Securityplus FCU. Touch-tone access is still available OR you
can just say your request. If "Max" doesn't understand, she will ask you
for clarification.
You can dial the same phone number to access ResponseLine. The ResponseLine
service will prompt you the entire way.
Plus you can take advantage of Stop Payments on Checks, All
Accounts Balances (current and available) for all deposit and loan
accounts and Cross-Account Transfers to other related accounts
(provided the related accounts approval form has been completed), just
to name a few.

or 1-866-4SECPLUS, and then pressing "1." Or dial 410-965-1969
for direct access.
ResponseLine is our no-cost, 24-hour automated audio response service
that offers safe and accurate management of your Securityplus FCU accounts. And
all transactions made through ResponseLine will show up on your monthly
statement.
