Monthly pricing to access Securityplus FCU's Bill Payment program is $4.95 for up to 12 bills paid and $6.95 for up to 20 bills paid. Call Center

  • During business hours (Monday through Friday - 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Saturday - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm), call 410-965-8908 or 1-866-4SECPLUS, outside of the area.
  • New accounts/openings, loan applications and most financial transactions can be conducted via the Call Center.

  • Our no-cost, 24-hour automated audio response service offers safe and accurate management of most Securityplus FCU accounts.
  • Once you sign up, you will choose a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which allows you the security to access your accounts.
  • All transactions will appear on your monthly statement.
  • Our interactive voice response (IVR) system, featuring "Max", employs both Voice Guided and Natural Language Speech technology that allows the user to communicate by "speaking" to the system, as if speaking to a live person and will still support touch-tone.
  • There is no need to remember all the transaction codes, nor do you have to press the # sign after every transaction any longer.
