IMPORTANT UPDATES

Securityplus is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and we can assure you we will follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's guidelines to appropriately respond to any potential health concerns. In an effort to do our part to help prevent spread, we are making temporary adjustments to our branch services.  The following changes will remain in effect as specific per branch location until further notice:

Woodlawn Branch - Transactions will be conducted via the drive-thru and teller line only.  Lobby offices will be closed, and social distancing in the teller line will be enforced as necessary.

Owings Mills Branch - All transactions will be conducted via drive-thru only. Members who need to access their safe deposit box will need to make an appointment with branch staff by calling 410-281-6200 during Contact Center hours.

Northwest Plaza Branch - All transactions will be conducted via drive-thru only.

Restricted locations - Our CMS, Main Office, and Security West branches will be temporarily closed until further notice.  ATMs and kiosks will be accessible.

If you have been planning to set up Digital Banking to view your accounts online or via your mobile device, now is the perfect time. To get started, all you need is your Securityplus member number and some personal identifiers. Digital Banking allows you to do so much more than checking your balances.  Manage your finances by:

+   Making payments for bills or to individuals
+   Move money between accounts 
+  Apply for loans and new accounts
+  Check your FICO score and monitor your credit

The Federal Trade Commission says to be on the lookout for potential scams that take advantage of fears surrounding the coronavirus. Learn More  Remember, we will never contact you via email, text message or unsolicited call to ask for personal information, like your Social Security Number, account numbers, debit or credit card numbers, CVV or PIN number, or passwords.  If you receive a suspicious email, text or call requesting personal information, delete it or hang up immediately.  If you have any security concerns, or if you have shared any information, please call us direction at 410-281-6200.
