Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of our new Parkville Branch and enter for a chance to win one of three prizes.

This promotion is governed by these Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules. The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and the eligibility requirements below, and is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law as set forth in the Eligibility section. In order to receive a prize offered in this promotion you are not required to purchase goods or services; pay any money; or submit to any sales promotion effort.

Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) prize:

· 1 winner – $1,000 cash prize

· 2 winners – $250 cash prize each Total Average Retail Value of all prizes: $1500.00

How to Enter

Attend the Parkville Branch Grand Opening event and complete one (1) official entry form during the Entry Period. Entry forms must be completed in full and include a valid telephone number and/or email address. Incomplete or illegible entries are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time that in Sponsor’s opinion does not comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, postage-due, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, unavailability of phone lines or connections, cellular phone service, or any other technical malfunctions or inability to transmit messages or entries.

1. Eligibility

· Open to legal residents of Maryland who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees and officials of Sponsor, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or persons living in their households, and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win.

· You must attend the Parkville Grand Opening event to submit an entry. You do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

· Membership with Securityplus Federal Credit Union is not required to enter or win.

· Limit one (1) entry and one (1) prize per person and household.

· The Sponsor may ask for proof of age and Maryland residency before awarding a prize.

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted only during the Parkville Grand Opening event on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

3. Drawing

· Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on November 7,

2026, at approximately 1:30pm at the Parkville Branch, 1740 E Joppa Rd, Parkville, MD

21234.

· The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor representatives who are not eligible to enter.

· The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Winner Notification

· Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email, using the contact information on the entry form, within three (3) business days after the drawing.

· A winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release as set forth below.

· If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is determined to be ineligible, or does not return the required documentation within ten (10) calendar days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. All three (3) prizes will be awarded.

5. Prize Conditions

For Securityplus members, the prize can be deposited into their account. For non-members, the Sponsor will issue a cashier’s check or other form in payment in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which has the right to substitute the prize with another of comparable or greater value.

6. Taxes

Prizes may be taxable for income. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs associated with accepting or using a prize. The Sponsor may require a winner to provide a taxpayer identification number (Form W-9) and may issue tax reporting forms where required by law.

7. Affidavit of Eligibility and Release

Before receiving a prize, a winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, and to provide any other documents the Sponsor reasonably requires. Failure to do so within the time stated in Section 4 will result in forfeiture of the prize.


SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. 8. Publicity


Unless prohibited by law, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the

winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional

purposes related to this giveaway without further notice, payment, or approval.

9. Privacy

Information collected on the entry form will be used to run the giveaway, contact winners, and verify eligibility. It will not be used to send marketing communications unless the entrant separately and expressly agrees. Providing marketing consent is not required to enter. Entry information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at [insert address].

10. General Conditions

· By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this giveaway.

· The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control compromises its integrity or fairness.

· This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and is void where prohibited by law.

· For a list of winners, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address above within 60 days after the drawing.
