Through our partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, certain buyers may be able to obtain sizable grants. That includes:

First-time homebuyers

Military veterans

First-responders, educators and health-care workers

Borrowers looking to rebuild homes in a designated "major disaster" area

Non-first-time homebuyers can get support to buy or refinance in eligible areas.
