Debit and Credit Card

No, there are certain countries where these cards are blocked. If you want to see which countries are restricted, please check the attached list of countries for more details.

If your debit or credit card is lost or stolen, follow these steps to secure your account:
1. Log into Digital Banking.
2. Navigate to Cards.
3. Select Report Lost/Stolen Cards.
4. Toggle the card off.
5. Scroll down to Report Lost or Stolen and click.

Note: Clicking “Call” will automatically turn your card off (if it’s not already). Once that’s done, you’ll receive a phone number to call directly.
